Towards the Light

Naomi Kawase's retrospective continues with 'Towards the Light', screened in the cinema. Misako writes audio descriptions for films, giving shape with words to the images that visually impaired people cannot see. Upon meeting Masaya, a photographer facing gradual vision loss, they both embark on an intimate journey that teaches them that seeing goes far beyond mere sight.
