This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the Portal, the purpose of which is to provide information about the Festival de Granada Cines del Sur (program, sections, venues, film registration, volunteering, news, and other related content) and to serve as a communication channel with the public, audiovisual sector professionals, media, and collaborators.
Access to the Portal is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the user.
Use of the Portal confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access.

All content on the Portal (texts, images, photographs, posters, logos, graphic design, source code, videos, trailers, and other elements), as well as the name “Festival de Granada Cines del Sur” and its visual identity, are the property of Agencia Albaicín or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Portal's content is prohibited without the express written authorization of Agencia Albaicín, and its source must always be cited.
The posters, film stills, and other materials of the films participating in the festival belong to their respective producers, distributors, or rights holders, and are published on the Portal exclusively for informational purposes and to promote the festival.
The Portal may contain links to social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Bluesky, YouTube) and third-party sites, such as the FilmFreeway platform used for film registration. Agencia Albaicín assumes no responsibility for the content, operation, availability, or privacy policies of these sites, over which it exercises no control.
Any link from a third-party website to the Portal must comply with current legislation, not reproduce its content, and not suggest a relationship, sponsorship, or connection with Agencia Albaicín that does not actually exist, unless expressly authorized by the latter.
Agencia Albaicín does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or infallibility of the Portal's operation and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes any liability for damages that may arise from:
– The lack of availability, maintenance, and effective operation of the Portal or its services.
– The existence of viruses or other harmful elements in the content.
– Unlawful, negligent, fraudulent use or use contrary to this Legal Notice by users.
– The inability to provide access to the Portal due to causes beyond Agencia Albaicín's control (connection failures, fortuitous event, or force majeure).

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the access or use of the Portal, Agencia Albaicín and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts of Granada, without prejudice to the submission rules provided in consumer and user legislation, where applicable.
