Lipstick under my burkha

Alankrita Shrivastava's «Lipstick Under My Burkha» comes to Perlas de la Alhambra. Four women, aged between eighteen and fifty-five, in a small Indian town, struggle to carve out small pockets of freedom against a world dominated by men and traditions: a university student who dreams of singing, an oppressed housewife, a bride-to-be in love with a photographer, and a widow who rediscovers passion.
