While most residents of Monte Virgen are busy with the coffee harvest, oblivious to what's happening beyond their fields, the park ranger, Julia, uncovers a silent threat: the Reserve is being ravaged by illegal loggers. Determined to stop the devastation, she tries to rally a community that, caught between fear and indifference, prefers not to get involved. Isolation then becomes part of her struggle: those who could support her quickly turn their backs. Alone against an increasingly violent enemy, Julia starts receiving death threats. In this process, she gradually loses everything she loves. Everything, except one thing: her dignity, which becomes her last and strongest form of resistance.
